Delivery Areas

Although we ship nationwide, our factories are located in the Western Cape and Gauteng. Please note that all website orders are for these Standard Delivery Areas ONLY. If your area is outlying and you would like to find out about delivery, feel free to contact us. Should your region fall under our Extended Delivery Areas, we’ll supply you with a quote at the best possible rates.

Delivery Cost

Delivery price is determined by both location and ease of access to the location. Items will be delivered to clients with the cost of delivery included in the final quotation on the assumption that all products are to be delivered to a single, easily accessible location. If this is not the case, then it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that we are made aware of any complications that may occur during delivery (such as hidden entrances or unmarked roads).

Delivery Lead Time

Please allow up to 10 working days for your order to be fully processed and delivered. In any unforeseen circumstance that would delay your delivery, we will openly communicate with you to explain what is happening and reschedule the delivery at your convenience. A delivery note will be provided upon completion of the delivery (or partial delivery), which is to be signed by the recipient of the delivery.

Installation

In certain instances, the delivery space might limit movement and make deliveries of a completed product near impossible. In these cases, it may be easier to assemble the product on-site. If you suspect that there will be issues getting the products through doors or into elevators on delivery, please let us know in advance and we will plan the delivery accordingly.

If you plan to have products cemented in place, then a few modifications must be made to the products before this is a viable option. Contact us to organise that these modifications are done before production is complete. Please note that cemented products will be subject to additional costs not included in the website price.

Returns & Cancellation Policy

Returns

Products may be returned within 7 working days after the products have been delivered. The products must be returned in their original condition at the time of delivery. Products that are in permanent fixtures are non-returnable.

Cancellation

We will accept cancellation of your order only under the following circumstances.

  1. On orders that have NOT been dispatched.
  2. On orders that have NOT begun the manufacturing process.
  3. If we supplied the incorrect items.

On orders that have been dispatched, cancellations will be processed in terms of our Returns Policy.

Repairs

If a product is in an unsatisfactory condition due to any defects (on arrival or shortly thereafter [7 days]), a request can be made to repair or replace the product. If the issue is found to be the fault of the customer, such as misuse or mishandling, the customer will be charged for the cost of repair or replacement. In the case where the defect is caused by Evergreen Global Structures, repairs or replacements on the products will be done at no cost to the customer. If repairs are needed beyond the initial 7-day period, please contact us via email or call us and explain the issue and we will do our best to find a solution to your repair problem.
